All Starter Kit orders will be processed within 2 business days. Live orders will be processed separately so that you have time to set up your tank before your endlers arrive. The safety of your live order is our top priority. After your order is placed, we will decide the best shipping method for your order (it may differ from what you select at checkout). Due to the increased cost to ship to Hawaii we ask that all Hawaiian residents select the “Expedited (Hawaii)” option at check out.
